I started Elegant in 2017 with one rule: nothing we make stays a mockup. 9 years and 315+ products later, the rule has not changed.
Tamal founded Elegant IT in Dhaka in 2017 as a 3-person UX studio and grew it into a 22-person AI-native development team serving 170+ clients across 3 continents. The studio began with a purpose beyond client work: bringing women and people with disabilities into technology through ICT skills training. He brought engineering in-house in 2021 and launched the AI practice in 2023. He also runs DesignShare, the studio’s US design subscription brand, and has represented Bangladeshi product work at Japan IT Week, the EQUALS Summit, and CeBIT ASEAN. He writes about building AI-native products for founders on LinkedIn.
